What’s included:
During Pregnancy
- Four nourishing in-person prenatal visits where we will discuss how to support a healthy pregnancy, process past experiences, foster connection and sisterhood as you journey closer to the day your birth unfolds, explore all options for labor, delve into the physiological process of birth and prepare for a sacred fourth trimester.
- Complimentary maternity photography session for a limited time.
- Unlimited phone support where you can reach out to your doula after visits with your midwife, ask questions as they come up and seek support as you walk through pregnancy, birth and the early postpartum.
- Celebration through an herbal blessing. This is a moment where we pray over the mother together honoring her before the birth unfolds.Â

During Birth
- Your doula will be on-call for your birth 38 to 42 weeks. She will provide continuous labor support in-home beginning in active labor through the hours leading up to the birth of your baby at the desired location.
- Professional birth photography by your doula. We specialize in capturing the raw, authentic moments of labor, birth, and the first hours of your new little one’s life.

During Postpartum
- Support in the early hours of postpartum where we stay with you for the first few hours until your family is ready for quiet time. Encouraging you as a new mother, breastfeeding support, and helping you settle in before resting with your new baby.Â
- One nourishing postpartum visit to close our circle. This visit takes place within the first few weeks after birth includes a warm meal, postpartum tea, and a safe space to reflect on your journey.

I am deeply passionate about honoring and preserving undisturbed instinctual birth. That the process of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are times of transformation where women deserve to be surrounded in gentle guidance and love. That the doula and midwife's role is to be with women as they embrace such a meaningful transition and have the autonomous birth they desire.
